Hello, thank you for your question. "Originals" scarves have a rugged style. They are truly 50% linen / 50% cotton. They have been heavily washed, so each scarf is more or less different, which means might be a little different to the picture. But overall it's pretty accurate. The close up is exactly as the last photo. If you want a super soft scarf with even color, you might not want to choose "originals".
