テニスなどしてはいないが、急に肘が痛くなった。左手指も突然のバネ指になったりしたので、その影響も考えられると整骨院から、言われた。仕事や家事で、痛みがあることがあるので、湿布などしていたが、皮膚がかぶれてしまい、他に軽減されるもの検索したところ、このサポーターを見つけました。 装着すると、肘のあたりがきゅっとなるので、痛みが完全にないわけではないが、かなり軽減されています。
