Don't read - waste of time (even for a speedreader)
The worst book I have ever read. Plagued with typos, redundancies and duplication (the exact same sentence was written twice at some point, yeah...). Could have fit on 10 sheets of paper. The writing style is awkward at best and the book as a whole barely provides constructive information. Save yourself the suffering and get a burger instead, you'll feel much more satisfied...

As an entrepreneur, I sometimes overthink too much and that hurts my business, but this book has provided me with genuine tips on how to overcome mental obstacles. I also loved how it provides guidelines on how to achieve peak performance for your brain and engage in a hyper-focus flow state. Highly recommend.
