Magnesium (as Magnesium oxide, aspartate, taurinate, citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate). Horsetail extract 2:1 (aerial) (7% Silica) Providing: Silica Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule shell), cellulose, l-Leucine, silica I hope that this helps you decide. This Magnesium is one of the very few that I have been able to take without any side effects ... it is VERY GOOD, at least, for me!

small enough to swallow easily, yes I would recommend.

I had been buying this brand but then realized magnesium oxide does not absorb very well, so changed to Purely Holistic magnesium gycinate 400 mg in 2 tabs. I am just taking 200mg as we eat really healthy. Don't panic when you see how large the pills are - they go down very easily. I am very pleased with the change.
