My sons doesn’t have goalie skates, would these work on player skates?

I don’t think so, the space close to the toe is much closer for goalie skates. That is what you would need to look at.

They attach to the front of the skate, with a small zip tie type of platic attachment. They should work on any skate.

Does this come with the replacement toe bridge so we can use it in youth v9s?

No it does not, you wouldhave to purchase separately. The V9 has a v style and you would need a regular toe bridge with the hd foam.
