I love the chiroflow pillow!
I had one of these for about six years. The water bladder adjusts to my every move which I love. I stopped having neck issues within a week of my first Chiroflow pillow! When it finally sprung a leak I replaced it with a mediflow pillow (same company, I think-but NOT same product). That pillow was unable to take the volume of water I require as a side sleeper. (Side sleepers generally need a thicker pillow to keep their cervical vertebrae fairly straight. Plus- this mediflow pillow started leaking along two of the seams in less than 6 months (probably because I over filled it to make it higher)! Now I am back to the Chiroflow, and could not be happier (or more comfortable). My recommendations regarding water pillows:If you sleep on your stomach and/or back- The Mediflow pillow may be for you. It is a lower profile pillow even with the fullest volume of water. If you are a side sleeper- The Chiroflow pillow may be for you. The achievable thickness is better for this sleeping position.Keep in mind that the major detriment of water pillows is the weight. This is a non-issue for me but may be important to some.

I have been using this pillow for 13 years
I am a trauma nurse and have sustained neck injuries from a serious car accident. I had terrible pain for years! I purchased my first chiroflow from my chiropractors office. Once I got the water level adjusted it was perfect! My neck pain began to go away and I was able to sleep. I carry it with me in vacations too. Whenever I have tried other pillows the pain and knots return. I am now on my fourth pillow. It is worth every penny!

The Neck De-kinker is sweeet!
I frequently woke up with a stiff neck because of my memory foam pillow that lost it's spring. Searching around on YouTube I found that a lot of chiropractors were talking about this pillow because you can fill it up just right so you neck is straight when you sleep.I found that to be very true. Super duper comfy and and if you want it a little firmer just fill it up! So neat.I also got the pillow case for it which was worth it. It has a nice feel to it.Don't lose the little funnel / plastic adapter to fill it or it will be harder to fill. I keep mine under the bed in the clear plastic zip case that it came with.I've had the pillow for about 2 months and every night i find myself thinking about how great of a pillow it is. considering how much of your life you spend sleeping -- this is a no brainier.Downsides -- none so far.

Very comfortable, but will be firm and heavy, no matter how little or much water you add
Very comfortable! This is like a water bed in a pillow with overlying foam. It says you can adjust from soft to very firm, but it will be firm whether you put in a little or a lot of water. However, by adjusting the amount of water, you can adjust the pillow height to exactly what you want. Even with about 1/3 of the total amount of water that it can accommodate, it still weighs a ton! If you want to move your pillow around or do more than pull the comforter up over the pillow when you make the bed or you really want a soft pillow, this might not be the pillow for you.

Worth a shot if you struggle to find a good pillow - at least this one is (a little) customizable)
In an effort to eliminate early morning headaches and neck stiffness, I have tried many different types of pillows: the “grooved” orthopedic pillows (both firm and soft), memory foam pillows, thick, thin, firm, and soft. This water pillow is one of my favorites.***Tips***- Make sure you squeeze the excess air out of it after filling it with water and before putting the cap on. Otherwise, the water won’t flow around in the right way.***Pros***- Comfortable pillow. If you pay close attention, you can feel the water moving around a little bit, although it’s not crazy noticeable like a water bed.***Cons***- Apparently, you are supposed to add more water from time to time. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to know when it needs more water. Why can’t they have a “fill line”?- Over time, the filling has become lumpy just like most of my other pillows. This kind of defeats the purpose of the water pocket that conforms to your head
