Helped with the ongoing pain of a torn meniscus. The nice thing this design doesn't slide down your leg as so many do.

Used to help with my runners knee. Soccer referee, 11 a side, adult league so lots of running. Helped to stop the tendon rubbing against my knee and allowed it to heal. Don’t need it as much anymore but still have on hand years later.
