Saved me money over script price with insurance!
My insurance wouldn’t cover the 1,000 mcg (x 2 da) script my doc gave. They didn’t have equivalent OTC, so luckily I found this and the tabs are the same. Pharmacist said absolutely same thing! Saved me $10 on the cost of what script would have been.

Impossible to determine the efficacy of anything you swallow... Short of a laxative :) However as we give trust I like the pill form of this supplement compared to it's competitors capsule in that it is much easier to handle vs a slippery larger capsule. Slight smaller than an aspirin.9999999999
