It works but it seems like the HDMI port is loose so my Xbox cuts in and out lucky I opened it and fixed it, but other than that it works perfectly now.

No issues at all with this console! It’s gotten me through plenty of games, including the new BF6 Beta, without any overheating or crashes. It looked brand new right out of the box—not a scratch on it. Overall, a great used Xbox that works perfectly and saved me a bit of money.

UPDATE: The defective machine I received was shipped back to Amazon as a return and and was received on 10/20. It is now 11/13 and Amazon has yet to refund my money. I have reached out to Amazon customer support multiple times and to this point, they have been unwilling to help. In fact, the last person I worked with basically told me to wait till 11/24.MY RECOMMENDATION: Proceed with caution. I had so much trust in Amazon to make things right before this. Not as much anymore…I purchased this machine because I saw that it was on sale on Prime Day for $399. I figured it was a great deal so I read up on the “Amazon Renewed” items and felt that if Amazon says they inspect and test these items that it would work so I went ahead.Two days later my system arrived. I spent the time unpacking, hooking up and installing the system. After some time I was able to download and install a couple games and attempted to play. Each and every game crashed. Some times the game would crash and send me back to the Home Screen, some times it would crash the entire system completely. I tried resetting the system, looking for updates and all the other troubleshooting steps to get things working with no luck.Ultimately, I gave up. I figured I had wasted enough of my time and contacted Amazon to return it. I will not be buying another unit from Amazon, new or “Renewed” as all the time wasted on this experience has soured me on them. I’ll just bite the bullet and buy one local.At the end of the day I would say to think long and hard on buying one of these renewed systems. I seriously doubt much quality control is being done as I was just shipped out a broken unit and wasted a ton of my time trying to get it to work.

It came packaged perfectly. I honestly thought it was brand new. I've been using it for a long time now and it runs perfectly fine. I love it!

Works really well clean like new

I have a teenager who inevitably found his way to the gaming world. We have had a xbox one xzbox 360 now the series x. Great graphic playback, enough storage and a good quality gaming system. The specs are great for interactive gaming and the unit stays fairly cool alone.

Shipping was quick, came in and was easy to setup

I would have given this less than four stars but customer service was excellent. This arrived with a single PlayStation 4 controller and standard chords, no Xbox controller. Definitely has a "refurbished" black vinyl wrap on the outside as you can see in the photos, which doesn't necessarily matter to me because I am planning on wrapping it anyway. Although the wrap appears to be partially holding on the back cover, there's a little bit of a rattle like the back panel is missing a screw or two. I purchased it because it stated in "excellent" condition and this unit is definitely not an excellent condition so I will probably exchange it for a different one because the website description was definitely inaccurate. All that being said it did power on and run Starfield for an extended period of time with an older Xbox One controller. From what I can tell it's functioning normally.I knowingly purchased a refurbished unit so I get what I pay for. This was apparently the most decent cheapest one I could find. I'm definitely not a gamer and might play Starfield once a month, so a refurbished unit is perfect for my needs.Too bad this one was so crappy. One thing of concern was that refurbishment QA didn't catch that there was a PlayStation controller in this box before they sealed it up, and that makes me concerned for how it was refurbished.Just know that you're getting a refurbished unit so there's always some variables in how it arrives.
