Value for money
The media could not be loaded. The product is very good but there is a problem from the company's side. I did not get any reply quickly for fitting service so I have been getting fitted since spring. The product is very good, it is value for money and it is in price. The product is very good, its good.

water leaking and pathetic customer support.
Product quality is very bad, water leaking from tank.I have complain multiple time to resolve the problem but didn't receive proper response from costumer care or technical team.Canes service is pathetic just passing the time and trying to fool the customer always.Please don't purchase this canes product if you are purchasing the product you will taking the extra pain instead of use the product.

Candes World Produce quality in 2021 is very good but after that Produce quality is poor And service is very very poor, customer care is also very poor.

Average Product
Writing this almost 2 years but used less than that. It's average product, but in this cost it's best. You can use for shower as presure is good, instant heating hardly take 5 minutes to boil the water, efficient and easy to use.I am facing the issue now as it stopped working suddenly and tripped MCB off sudden. As I can repair by self I opened and found that due to a very minor hole in internal tank water drops spoiled the bottom base and reached till thermostat which caused this tripping. After opening it was very hard to find the immersion rod and thermostat as it's 7 inch in size. After 2 month I got it from one of supplier as well cold welding done for leake. Company should think for quality improvement of tank and other accessories.

Bad experience
Gyser is not working after 3 months no warranty claim option is available. Don't buy this gyser.

Worthy product
Its a good nd genuine product at such a reasonable price. I bought it for 3100 .still working good. It takes hardly 15-20 min for heating at medocre level. Should go for it....

Service Inadequate
Product adequate, but, installation took lot of time after delivery, despite escalating the issue with Amazon & the company customer care. Also, company customer care very inept, unprofessional, crude & brash in handling the issue. This company products should be removed from Amazon inventory.

It’s not working and there is no customer care
I have tried to contact on whatsapp for services since 20 days , not responding very pathetic product don’t buy , waste of money..
