Bought it and it last six months before the lever broke off. I bought two of them and the second one only last a few months. Not to mention its ability to loosen after everyday use. Would not recommend.

Quality, heavy and good looking.
Nice product. Have been using it for about a month. Using it in shower to add a hand held wand. Nice to be able to switch back and forth from shower head to wand or to use both at the same time. No leaks and easy to install. I was going to go with a top name brand but I liked the looks of this one better. Glad I did, happy with the product.

Almost perfect but tiny leak on mine. I don’t know if it’s only me who has this problem.
Does what it says. I have a special setup though. I have a portable Washer in a closet next to my bathroom and this feeds the washing machine. I can take a shower and wash clothes at the same time.

Don’t order this - you’ll probably get the junky counterfeit.
After checking the reviews again after installing, it looks like I got the “bait & switch” counterfeit without the markings. In any case, feels nice and heavy and made out of metal. However, the main reason I got this model was to avoid the leak at the connection point and have one that didn’t rotate after mounting. I purchased a new Delta arm and used plumber’s compound instead of PTFE tape, but it didn’t help - even with the nut securely attached the whole diverter swivels like a kitchen faucet head and leaks from the swivel point. Since I have no choice at the moment I’ll just have to endure this piece of junk until I can have a better model delivered.11FEB20 Edit:After some investigation, I found the diverter that was actually sent versus the one I ordered on Amazon being sold from a variety of sellers using nearly or completely identical images (note the smooth attachment nut on the counterfeit instead of an octagonal nut on the actual unit):1.
