Speculation
This kind of speculative writing is good, and necessary, and Richard Dolan is smart and has done a lot of work. He has talked to a lot of people and knows the background cold. He is one of the best of the UFO researchers and his thoughts are always valuable. It is essential to remember, however, that his conclusions are pure conjecture. He may well be misled by any of his anonymous witnesses. His sense of a vast unified conspiracy to protect the supposed technology is hard to swallow, because the United States government is so compartmentalized that one hand probably doesn’t know what the other is doing. Some of his assertions here are unsupported. The truth is we don’t know what UFOS are, or what the government knows about them. And we are not likely ever to know. Not in our lifetime. But persistent investigators like Dolan may someday break through to at least some of the mystery.

Interesting, but short, and looks at large phenomena through a small window
If you haven't read anything about UFOs, the "breakaway civilization", and related secrecy and strangeness for a while, this small book (68 pages of main text) is a pretty good recap and catch-up. Dolan takes a little while to get up to speed, spending a considerable portion of the book on background and substantiation of government and intelligence agency awareness of, and secrecy and denial about, the UFO phenomenon, and the likelihood that recovered UFO/alien technology was what enabled the "breakaway", before getting into the meatier topics.Dolan says "it appears that there are multiple space programs operating in a clandestine manner" but disappointingly, at least to me, he doesn't even speculate about what any of these various secret programs might be **doing**. Instead he focuses on their probable means of financing and security measures. He emphasizes that the breakaway "civilization", including its secret space ventures, is "not a situation in which things are on 'the up-and-up' and it is simply a case of a secret program that the public doesn't know about." It's a corrupt, criminal cartel by any and every legal and moral standard, and it almost sounds as if the 'secret system's' initiates fear the wrath of the people, if they ever learn the truth, even more than they fear the UFO phenomenon the breakaway complex was ostensibly created to face.(This is not part of Dolan's speculations, but after reading "The Secret Space Program" I can almost envision a situation where 'disclosure' happens -- and to escape the backlash from humanity at large, the "breakaway" club capitulates to or goes over to the alien/UFO side...)Dolan feels the UFO phenomenon is the "core" and the "gold mine" of the alternative paradigm, and suggests that secrecy/security for the breakaway-ers is the main force behind the drive to create a global totalitarian police state. That's where the "small window" comes in; it appears to me that the UFO phenomenon/breakaway culture is one facet of an even larger and stranger situation in which the breakaway "civilization" is allied with, or being manipulated by, a hidden elite that has been around and up to shady tricks for much longer than Earth's militaries, corporations, and intelligence agencies have concerned themselves with the modern UFO phenomenon. (I refer you to, for example, Joseph Farrell's books on the subject.) The UFO situation is a useful excuse or trigger point for something -- totalitarianism -- some people have had as a goal for a very long time.Nevertheless, bearing in mind this book is a short summary and update, it's a worthwhile and provocative read. Plus, a mention here sent me to YouTube to the video clip of George Carlin's "It's a big club, and you ain't in it" (also known as "Who Really Controls America"), three minutes of uncomfortable truth that every American should listen to at least once a day...

For anybody interested in our media, Not just UFO information!
For anybody interested in how the media is manipulated on any number of topics, the UFO community, with Richard Dolan as an extremely reputable individual has insights and experienced, developed, thoughts that apply to many other areas of concern in this nation. Whether you believe in UFO's or not, this book should have a place in how what you read and watch are manipulated.

Far bigger things go on each day behind our back than we can even imagine.
Richard Dolan has some very important contacts in the ultra secret world of the true extraterrestrial arena. The true nature of this world is far more strange that we can imagine.

Great Short Discussion of UFOs
It is obvious that Mr. Dolan is not influenced by mainstream propaganda. This book presents some interesting possibilities about UFOs. I thought the evidence to support Mr Dolan’s position was well presented an convinced me that there appears to be a very logical reason why the existence of UFOs has been denied for so long. The problem is that recent disclosure of video footage by the Pentagon taken by US Navy pilots points to a possible change in tactics. WHY? If Werner Von Braun were alive you could ask him since he predicted this situation back in the 1970s.

Typo's and anonymous sources aside, this is a great introduction to UFO's aka UAP's
I wish they had proofread the Kindle edition before releasing it because there's numerous typo's that the newbies and skeptics may perceive as taking away from the quality of the information presented. And I hope Dolan reduces his reliance on anonymous sources because while they present fascinating stories, some no doubt true, there's no way for the rest of us to corroborate the information -- some people like Steven Greer have made a career out of unnamed sources who supposedly have shared with him the real deal of what's going on... But Richard Dolan is worlds apart from Greer, and if you want a highly researched and quality introduction to UFO's, then please consider reading this short, hour long read.

Secrecy unveiled in UFO study
Dolan is very knowledgeable about UFOs and the secrecy that surrounds them. I highly recommend this and the following book on disclosure.

If you read the title of this thin book, you get the urge to buy it: but it's not worth the money
This thin A5 "book" has 69 pages, printed with font 14 at least, so very big letters and a lot of space between the lines. The content is very poor. As I see it, the author has copied some insights here and there, and really some paragraphs are so crap that you rather wipe your bottom with it. I do not know the status of the author Richard Dolan when it comes to his knowledge of so calles secret space programas and his theory about this breakaway civilization, but really nothing in this book is "waaauw", not even "ok, I bougth this book, so I will read it".Tomorrow I put it on ebay or Amazon again to sell.
