I ordered this remote as a Christmas gift for my mom. She has a Samsung smart tv model # UN55JU6400JF. The original remote that came with her tv was chewed up by my brother's dog. I was disappointed because I should have done more research before ordering this item. It says original but the original remote thay came with her tv had a keyboard on the back, which this one does not.

Just like the remote that came with tv. It took a week to get to me but worth the wait.
