For as long as I can remember, I have given this "Beginner's Bible" to all new born babies that I know. My daughter had one and the pictures are very bright and beautiful. The stories capture a lot in a few pages. This is a Bible that little ones can understand. I used to read it to her each night then when she began to read she would read it to me each night. She read it all throughout her youth. She is 34 years old now and still has her "Beginner's Bible" at her home. This is the perfect Bible for small children as they learn the basics of the Bible and the love of Jesus.

I purchased this Bible for my 3- and 4-year-old children, and to my surprise, it has become one of their absolute favorite books—they argue over who gets to hold it during storytime! This is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite children's book (toddler-age) on the market. I have sent this to so many families and our personal copy is falling apart with love. The stories are told so well, and so easily understandable. My daughter used to have so much of this Bible memorized at age 1.5 and would literally finish my sentences when I would read. The updated graphics with more skin tones, make me so happy, and I utterly love this Bible. I use it anytime I teach the toddler ages in Bible class and plan to continue. I suggest it for anyone that asks which Bible to get for toddlers. Absolutely wonderful for teaching a foundation of faith <3

The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful beginners Bible! It has pictures and lots of stories from many different old and New Testament Bible stories! I find it is very accurate yet easy to understand. The pictures supplement it very well and are kid friendly. It does have Bible pages so make sure your child can use those types of pages otherwise they might be able to rip them. I get these for baby shower presents when I find them on sale on Amazon!

Good story Bible for young beginners. Super for bedtime/naptime reading by mom/dad, to learn the stories of the Bible. Is divided into Old Testament and New Testament, without books or chapters, just colorful pictures with each story.
