It does work if you start out one in the morning and one at night it will work. I've seen great improvement and I will be honest it really helps with not going to bathroom soo much.

Liked the mix of effective ingredients and they certainly work for me.

I've been using these for a little over a month now. They seem to help a little but not a lot. I am taking one in the morning and one in the evening about 12 hours apart. I have another, more powerful saw palmetto amalgam (if the ingredients are accurate at all) and am hoping for better results.

These work for me, just as they say they will.

As men get older, things need assistance in order to continue working as expected. Hence, saw palmetto. I've been taking it for a few months now and all I can say is I don't see any *NEGATIVE* side effects, so that's good I guess. My only issue is that these caplets float! Even while in your mouth. So the normal "tilt the head back and swallow" doesn't work with water! In order to swallow these, you need to tilt your head forward so that the caplet floats on the mouth full of water towards the back of the throat...then swallow...yeah, counter to what you expect. But like I said....it may be doing something or it may not be...in my book, not causing harm is a plus!
