probe pins looking small to measure reading...is it sufficient or not??

if you have to increase the length of exposed area of probes just remove the cap which is present below the small exposed area of probes. But In most of the electriics circuits we required to measure a point values for that it is sufficient.

Can Capacitance be measured with this Meter?

No. For that you have to buy an LCR meter for capacitance measurment.
