I purchased this for my partner, as a gift. He really loves it. The mug is bigger which is a plus because he is a fan of tea and smaller mugs are just well...meh.The image/finish has not chipped nor scratched, which has been the main problem in the past with similar products (not from this seller, mind you)Could not speak more highly of this product and the company, not only did it arrive quickly, but the service was top-rated too.So I got a mug, for my partners mug with his mug on it :D

this is a personalized product , i had 3 photos on it. given the cost you would at they very least expect the photos to be printed straight!! and the mug i received wasn't even slight off it was off by nearly 1 cm from one side to the other. therefore you could actually say the photos were wrapped on the mug diagonally. as this was a present i now have no time to source another and as it is personalized cannot return. you have been warned buy from somewhere else!
