Q: Is this fsa eligible like duoderm?

I do not know the answer other than to check the list for FSA eligible products and see if it is on there. Wound care products and bandages are covered so I like it would be.

Q: Will this keep a healed / completely closed old scar moist? Or will it draw moisture out of the skin?

The product is not for scar, it used on unhealing wound and less possible leave scar after healing than unused. Skin always breath and exhale moisture, wound also exude, moisture trapped by Hydrocolloid dressing, which make skin and wound moisturized.

Q: Is the .5mm comparable to Duoderm extra thin?

I do not like the extra thin. So to answer your question, they are just about the same.
