I love these Paperage notebooks! They are cute, great quality, and much more affordable than some of the other options out there! I have at least six of my own and then I have given some as gifts.

This 3 pack of PAPERAGE comes well protected. The notebooks come in a medium-weight cardboard box, and then each notebook is wrapped in shrinkwrap. This helped prevent any bending or scuffs during shipping.The notebooks do not have any external branding. PAPERAGE is printed on the inside front and back cover. Each notebook has one black ribbon bookmark. The back cover has a folder pocket, inside the pocket is a small sticker pack with 3 block stickers and 3 spine stickers. This was a nice little bonus to use for labeling the notebooks.The notebooks do not have a pen loop.The dots are faint, better viewed up close. If I hold the notebook a foot away from my face, I can barely see them. When I’m writing in the notebooks or making a tracker or bujo layout, I can see the dots just fine.The paper is 100 gsm thick. I tested a Sharpie Pen, a Stabilo 88, and a PAPERAGE 0.4mm fineliner pen. On the back of each page, I could see the letters and the scrawl of color for each pen. Not enough bleed through that it would prevent me from writing on the front and back of a page, but it was noticeable.

I got this three-pack to use as song lyric idea 'sketchpads', jotting down song chord progressions, sketching out rough blueprints, etc. and they're perfect. My grandson also started school this year, and he loves the one I shared with him for practicing his numbers and letters. The dots are helping him with drawing lines and simple geometric shapes, and with replicating his own cursive and numbering templates (I helped).As far as quality, these are outstanding. The hard covers are thick and sturdy, the elastic closure works well, and there's a bookmark ribbon.They do lay flat (with a little nudge), and the paper is thick and smooth without any bleed-through. I like the page edges, and the 'variegated' sides. It makes riffling through the pages easier.The final page folio pocket is handy for storage, and the spine & cover labels are a nice addition to the trio - especially for finding shelved volumes.Most of all, I like the quality and fine-pulp paper. Ink flows on it very smoothly - even my finest .03 art marker.

These are perfect for my engineering student to begin the practice of making notes in an engineers notebook to be retained permanently. They are sturdy and well made. The elastic band means that other notes and papers can be stored with the notebook for later reference. Small and convenient size.
