Is good
Ok, so here's my initial review, it may change later but for now here it is. Recieved the phone yesterday,it was very well packed. Came with charger block cord and ejection pin. The phone literally looked brand new, if it were in a samsung box I would have thought it had never been used. I transferred all my data and apps ( and after about 5 years that took about 2 hrs...lol). Then I put my T-Mobile sim card in it and restarted and no problems. Updated the phone. Everything was fine. IMPORTANT: be aware that when transferring from old phone to the new one or charging the batteries the phone will get warm..this is natural. I let the phone charge over night and did a battery usage test..after 3 and 16 minutes hours of continuous use watching videos , playing games , texting and listening to music it had used 44% battery so use that information as a guide, since it was continuous i don't feel that's too bad. Picture quality is good, sound is as well. So as of now I'm happy. If that changes I'll update.

Looks Great, Runs Hot: What You Need to Know Before Buying
What You Should Know Before Buying This Phone:I recently bought this phone, and at first glance, it looked amazing—seriously, it had that fresh-out-the-box shine. The physical condition was actually pretty solid, so props there. But here’s what you need to know if you're thinking about buying it:Palm swipe doesn’t work—not a huge deal for everyone, but worth mentioning. The phone overheats heavily, even with minimal usage. That was the first red flag.Within a week, I started seeing dead pixels forming on the screen. The screen is a cheap LCD replacement, not the original OLED. That said, the seller isn’t necessarily lying—they don’t exactly advertise it clearly, but they’re also not claiming it’s OLED.The brightness is terrible, and it degraded quickly. Within days, black spots appeared, and the screen looked worse in both cold and warm environments.I got multiple humidity warnings, even when indoors, which means the internal seals are probably shot.A battery replacement is highly recommended. It feels like the one in there now is either worn or aftermarket. If you're not super tech-savvy, a lot of this might fly under the radar until it's too late. So if you’re still planning to buy from this seller, I suggest you budget for a genuine OLED screen, fresh seals, and a battery swap.Bottom line: it’s in good condition on the outside, but the inside is a different story. Just know what you’re getting into.

We know what it does. What did it look like!
The phone arrived nicely packaged with a few minor, hardly noticeable scuffs around the body. Around the charge port and around the camera bump, as to be expected from pre-owned phone. Nothing that would be a deal breaker. The screen was flawless from what I could see. No dead pixels or screen burn in at all. Quality buy and worth the price, simply because the s21 will get Android 15 update and security patches through 2025. The phone looked brand new. Being a phone that is three years old, the battery life was excellent. The speakers were better than the Note 20 Ultra in my opinion. Go for it!

Avoid. Go to your provider for a refurbished phone. Last less than 1 yr.
Go directly to your provider vs risk an unknown quality refurbished. This phone was bought in August. Its May. So 9 months for $300. Since yesterday network failures off and on for days, now not on again. Four trips to Verizon with even an Esim card installed, network reset, updates are current, nothing. Blutooth no longer connects. When this does work the network cuts off in my own home and office. I would go directly to your provider and see if they have a refurbished option. I would not trust some one unknown on Amazon claiming quality checks.I am told by tech support and the stores, its the phone. They have tried everything. Its the phone is crap. Also noteworthy, once the short term warranty expired the phone body began crumbling. I noticed when I tried to put a new hard case on. Now I can't take this hard case off because the actual phone body is crumbling in chunks. So the phone body lasted 4 months before it began to crumble.
