One of the best scales I've come across
This is an excellent product! Very accurate and the screen is easy to read! Easy to clean as well especially with the protective cover on it. I really like that it can be powered by either batteries or the AC adapter, that makes it very versatile. The deck comes off easily as well for quick and easy cleaning. Excellent product!

Great scale
We had to upgrade from a 10# scale to something that can weigh much more for our ingredients. Love that we can use both the adapter and batteries, easy for use and reliability. The only thing I wish it had was the function to do oz without the lb, just requires some more conversion on my side at times.

Good scale just order the wrong one
I only gave this scale a 4 because it was not the right one. Not fault to the company, I did not read the specs correct. This calculator does not weigh low enough for the product formulations. I had to return it but it came fast and efficient.

Very nice scale
Platform is large enough to support larger pans and pots . Automatic power off when not using is a plus and large numbers and well lit makes this a 10 in my book

great
great scale - love it

Made in China
From the Amazon listing: Country of Origin : USAFrom the Penn Scale website: Made In USA Family owned and operatedFrom the sticker on the scale: Made in ChinaI spent a lot of time researching to find a scale made in the USA. Both the Amazon listing and the Penn Scale website claimed this was manufactured in the USA, so I ordered the scale only to find a sticker on it showing it was made in China. I did not get what I wanted and feel this is fraud.

Worth the price in the long run.
Don’t waste your time with cheap $20 scales you will buy over and over. This is a great scale that will out last all the $20 scales you will buy.
