NAD Plus (30-Day Supply)

I’ve used other NAD+ patches and this is, hands down, the best NAD patch I’ve ever used. I definitely notice a difference in energy, endurance flexibility. I have used oral NAD supplements with limited benefit and the only thing better than these is in a drip, which is expensive and inconvenient. These stay well on my skin. I usually put them on the inside of my ankle or on my lower back.

These NAD patches work great! I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and focus throughout the day, and they’re super easy to use. The price is also very reasonable compared to other NAD supplements, which makes them a great value. My only minor complaint is that I wish they lasted a bit longer, but overall, I’m really happy with them. Will definitely keep using!

I recently started using the XLPATCH NAD Plus (30-Day Supply), and I’m currently in the discovery phase of figuring out the best and most cost-effective way to incorporate NAD into my daily routine. I really wanted these patches to work, as I’ve heard great things about the benefits of NAD supplementation.So far, I have noticed a slight rise in my energy levels, which is encouraging. However, I’m unsure if this improvement is directly related to the patches or if it’s just a coincidence. It’s hard to say definitively at this point.The patches are easy to apply and wear throughout the day, which is a plus. However, I was hoping for more noticeable results by now. I plan to continue using them for a bit longer to see if my experience improves, but as of now, I’m still on the fence about their effectiveness.Overall, I think the XLPATCH NAD Plus has potential, but I would recommend approaching it with realistic expectations and giving it some time to see how it fits into your routine.

These work so well! I’ve been using for 4 months now and just got my 5th order. They stick well to the skin and I live in Florida where it’s hot and humid so all the people complaining about it not sticking must have hairy arms or something. I shave my arms so no hair and they stick all day long and don’t peel up at all. I have tons of energy and I’m looking more youthful! I wear several of this brands patches because I have an oral absorption issue with vitamins. These are great! Highly recommend all of their patches, by bloodwork has been the best it has ever been since I switched to patches and I’m actually getting all of my vitamins now! Great product and great brand!

There is no NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) in this patch. Do not order waste of money. False advertising okay

Easy to use. Not sure if they give much change. Switched to an oral N.A.D. product.

Have not worn long enough to know results. Comfortable small patches that adhere well. Like the packaging and fast service.

I was absolutely AMAZED at how much energy and concentration this gave me! However, it has also been causing me INSOMNIA that not even melatonin has been able to help!! Also it makes me bloated….100% of the day, and simethicone isn’t helping! (That’s my go to for bloating, ALWAYS helps!) Giving four stars because it really does work and the energy boost is literally THAT amazing. Thank you for showing me what NAD+ can do! I’m glad to know that it’s the supplement that I really need, but unfortunately I’ll need to try a spray or pills now to see if those prevent the insomnia :/
