Ad says thruster, pics show quad. What configuration are you selling?

If it says tri fin set at $150+ its a thruster set. If it says rear quad fins for $90ish, thats just the back fins. In order to get the quad set, you need to first by the thruster set. Total investment about $250. And well worth it. Its the only fins i ride now, 2 foot mush to tripple overhead.

What set up is this? Quad or Thruster?

You are either buying a thruster set up ($150-$175) or buying the trailers to make a quad set up ($90). I recommend both, so you can switch it up, if you have the board set up for it. Best fins on the market so far in the FCS family.

Would using these h4 quad rears with some standard side fins like kolohes feel weird? do they need h4 side fins to unlock their magic?

You would probably feel a little difference by changing only the 2 back fins. But I honestly love this fins. I live in hawaii and been surfing for over 25 years. I’ve tried a ton of different over the years. Most were the best fins available at the time. But hands down these fins are amazing, probably the best I’ve ever used.
