Excellent Customer Service!
They really don’t go loud enough. With my volume maxed so loud it’s buzzing, I can barely hear people in conversations.05/31/23 - They reached out to me and gave me a full refund and I really appreciate that. I've known this to be a reliable brand which is why I purchased them. Hopefully the pair I had was just one bad pair. I will be willing to try again knowing they have such excellent customer service. :)

Ok quality with long cord
The cord is way to long it gets in the way its like 8ft long and its not detachable so you can't switch it out with a shorter cord

It broke after a month of use
It was fun while it lasted. Headphone is made of cheap plastic which it broke while putting it on my head. The headphone still works. A little duct tape has made it somewhat usable albeit a little loose, so it does not stay put.

I bought these headphones for my son and not even 3 days after opening them the mic went out and quit working.

My kids got 2 pairs
My boys ended up with 2 pairs each so they gave the extra pair to their older sisters. Only one games. They've had them for 5 months first pair my 8 & 11yr Olds haven't broken lol

Awesome product!
A really good quality headset for gaming. I have used it with my Xbox, laptop, and Switch. The microphone can be muted which is very useful for work purposes. My partner loves the RGB colours. I am happy with the sound quality, the unwanted outside noise is considerably reduced. I usually have a problem with finding a headset that doesn't put too much pressure on my ears but this one is fine, it's very comfortable to wear.

My son loved these headphones
My son needed headphones to use on the PC, and these were exactly what he needed, great sound, microphone and good noise cancelling. He absolutely loves the lights on the sides as well
