I love the consecutive loops pre-sewn into this strap. It allows for quick adjustments when practicing therapeutic stretches. With this strap, I can easily lasso a foot in the back plane of my body. And then, I can quickly transition to another stretch with my forearms in each loop. The loops bring an ease and flow to my therapeutic movement work including yoga and pilates. The strap material is nice and wide, too, which allows for comfortable placement on foot, leg, hand, and arm. Furthermore, the two end loops are larger and have a soft cushioning sewn into the inside which makes it extra nice and super comfortable for sustained holds. As well, the strap is well constructed with quadruple and double stitching at the loops. This is a high quality strap that also comes with educational print materials as well as an online resource for how to use it. If you enjoy working with straps in your movement practice, this one is a terrific addition due to the consecutive loops, quality construction, and extra cushioning.

I bought this strap to help me with getting my range of motion back from knee replacement surgery. It is a good length and great quality. I am pleased with having so many loops to grab exactly where I need them. I am sure it will last for many years.
