I’ve had the Govee Smart LED Light Bars for about a year now, and overall, I’m really happy with them. I use them mainly to add accent lighting behind my TV and along a few shelves in my living room, and they’ve completely changed the vibe of the space. These light bars are sleek and modern-looking, and the way they fill the room with color really elevates the whole setup.Installation was simple. The mounting hardware and adhesive strips worked well, and the light bars fit perfectly in the spots I wanted. I appreciate how easy it is to customize the layout by adding or removing bars as needed. The connection to the app was quick and stable, and I’ve rarely had any issues with responsiveness.The RGBIC technology means each segment can show different colors, which makes for really cool lighting effects. Whether I’m using the preset scenes or creating my own with the DIY mode, the color transitions are smooth and visually appealing. The music sync mode is a fun bonus too—it reacts well to different genres, making movie nights and parties more immersive.The app itself is intuitive and offers plenty of control, including scheduling, brightness adjustments, and voice control via Alexa and Google Assistant. I like being able to control all my Govee lights from one place, and these light bars integrate seamlessly with my other Govee products.The only thing I wish was a bit better is the brightness. While the light bars produce beautiful, vivid colors, I sometimes find myself wanting just a touch more light output, especially in brighter rooms or during the day. That said, for most evening and ambient lighting purposes, the brightness is more than sufficient.After a year of use, the build quality still feels solid, and the lights have performed consistently without any flickering or fading. I’d definitely recommend the Govee Smart LED Light Bars if you want a stylish, customizable lighting option that adds personality to any room. Just be aware that if you need super bright lighting, you might want to supplement them with other sources. Overall, a great purchase that I’m glad I made.

These have a lot of customization potential and are insanely bright lights. Govee monopolized pretty much all of the lighting in my room. Being able to control all of it through a single app is great. The Govee light bars specifically are INSANELY strong. I keep them at 30% brightness to avoid feeling like I’m on a concert stage.

Love these things. When I first purchased them the app was a little wonkey but it’s improved so much! I definitely recommend these. I like the option to set schedules. Also when I purchased these last year they were 24.00 they are currently 49.00 now. Such a bummer.

The Govee Light Bars are well built and easy to set up. The app makes it simple to control colors, brightness, and effects, and the integration with Alexa works without any major issues. Even at maximum, they are a bit dimmer than I expected, especially if you are trying to light up a larger space or want a more intense glow. For accent lighting they work well, but if you're looking for something really bright, you might want to consider other options.Overall, they’re a solid choice if you want versatile, easy-to-use light bars mainly for mood or background lighting.

I absolutely love these lights! They were so easy to set up and I was able to customize them to be the perfect pink I wanted. It being able to pair with Alexa easily is a huge plus! I am able to turn on an entire room of lights all at once because of the integration :)

Easy set up.Fun.Decent quality.Colors are gorgeous.Works with music, games, reading, etc...Love the reading mode too-relaxing.I am definitely going to order more! Wish I'd done this along time ago.
