I purchased this because I work for a school and I travel to different campuses daily. I needed something that could hold my Microsoft Surface Pro and my 13" Chromebook, chargers, extension cord, binder, books (I'm also a college student), and everything else I might need in the day. It's turned into my mobile office and I fill it FULL daily! The zippers don't try and bust and even with all the weight, the straps are still fully in tact. Definitely recommend!

I love this thing. It’s huge, but it distributes the weight of the contents evenly on my back so it doesn’t feel heavy.Case in point. I have a bad back. I’m a teacher and I spent the last week rearranging my classroom. This involves lifting desks and moving stuff everywhere. I’m currently packed in ice to reduce the inflammation. I carry this bag stuffed with all my teacher supplies with ZERO issues because of how the weight distribution works.Update:I love this thing, except the tech insert. The backpack has really held up to using for work and travel. The only thing I don't love is the tech bag. While yes, it does work for what it is, the little spots don’t keep everything organized, especially when I open it on a plane. Another issue is that it’s black, just like the backpack. This makes it really hard to find when I’m rummaging through on a plane trying to get my spare charger. I’m probably going to simply duct tape it a bright color so I can see it instead of buying a new one.

Everything works GREAT and it’s awesome for the price.

I had to put a thing custom foam insert into the laptop area to get it to stand up better when set on the floor. Not needed if a laptop will always be in it. The only other thing that isn't the best is the push in the second storage flap. I'd you put anything into it, it just stays wide open and kinda makes it a pain to get to something not in the pouch below. I sewed some velcro strips to make ot hold close. Other than those 2 things, I don't mind the pack at all, but would have definitely got something with a support piece in the main laptop compartment if I knew it would fold over so easily without the custom foam I put in to stiffen it up

Got this as my go bag and I am decently happy with it but I am slightly disappointed in the cable organizer I paid extra for not being very useful. Needs to have more loops to hold things down of different sizes and needs to be a little bigger so I can have a charger on one side of the organizer and a external hard drive on the other without making the pouch look deformed when I zip it up.But honestly the loops are my biggest ask. My hard drive barely fits with the loops being to far apart from each other but they are a little too close for my charging cable for my laptop.The bag itself is good sized and made of decent material with my only issue with it being the front carabineer being a bit small for my purposes but that I can and will replace myself.

We purchased this for our college age son to keep his laptop and gear dry in the Florida rains. It did not work. His iPad and backpack contents were soaked in a heavy rain. Also, the strap frayed within the first month.The backpack design for holding items was good. Would not recommend if you need water/rain protection.
