That is not a feature that any headset will have, it is a feature of your console/PC. The PS4 and PS5 can direct chat only to the controller, so you can do what you need to do, but that is not a feature of the headset.

Q: Mic is set to be used with the speaker on left ear. Can the Mic be moved so that the headset could be worn with the speaker on the right ear?

YES. BUT THIS MIC ISN'T WORTH IT, IT GOES OUT WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS. SPEND THE 25 BUCKS

Yes, our RIG 100 series headsets are universally compatible with devices that support standard headsets and as long as your Xbox One controller has the 3.5mm headset jack it should work with this and similar headset models.

It is definitely not removable.
