Should lower arms have straps to hold lower corners of net back as shown in figure 12 of setup instructions? if so, i am missing those. can i get?

Do you this this will work with out the frame, setting up in my garage suspended from ceiling and walls?

Can it be left outside and get rained on?

My ceilings in my garage are 9’ 3” tall. Could I adjust the angle of the net to get it to fit? I’m using it for golf in winter.
