Under roasted acidic mess
No no no no no. This is not how to roast Java. This is a medium light roast, light brown beans and it tastes exactly as you would expect. It’s light acidic pisswater. I’m a 25 year veteran of brewing espresso and have tried a dozen brews and none are up to standard. It simply isn’t roasted enough. Without doubt the most disappointing Java I’ve ever bought. <sad face>

Great to rediscover a variety of coffee beans which my late father encountered in the Wallingford Tea and Coffee Company in the mid 80s.

The product was perfect when it arrived bang on time. The flavour was gorgeous, rich and smooth yet packed with flavour. Love it.

Roasting
The beans are mid-brown not dark and give a watery mild flavoured coffee. Will have experiment with quantity of beans per mug.
