Great Mouse!
I really like this mouse and for the money, it is by far the best value in a gaming mouse I have purchased to date. I have spent over $100 for other gaming mice just to have them wear out after a year of use. I paid about $20 for this mouse and I am not disappointed in the quality at all. It uses the same switches as more expensive mice, feels great in my hand and is just as responsive as those more expensive models I purchased in the past. You may not get all the RGB lighting effects or programming features, but for the cost it cannot be beat. The only thing that is a slight disappointment is the scroll wheel. One click is too strong and there are no settings in the software to adjust it. For the price I paid, it is something I can easily overlook and still give this mouse a 5 star review.

Serious Business
I bought myself a new mouse for work to match my new snazzy keyboard that has blue LED backlighting. So I went for this one, mainly due to its simple classy design and that matching blue LED.But it is surprisingly comfortable to use, it's a real nice chunky thing. Glides smoothly across various surfaces, allowing for precise movements. The mouse itself is made of a nice touchy-feely plastic that's a lot like the plasticky console bits in upper-mid range cars, so it feels nice in my hand. The LED bit is not too bright, and it matches my keyboard awesomely. Plus the vertical style makes my wrist happy for extended use. No complaints whatsoever!

Defective Mouse
This mouse would rate five stars if it didn't go bad after the return date.It feels nice in the hand, it does all the mouse things it is supposed to, and it slides around smoothly. That is, when it decides to connect to my computer. I have a macbook pro with a bootcamp partition and primarily plug in through a USB hub. At first, I thought the hub had issues, but my keyboard is also connected to the hub and it has zero problems connecting with either OS. The mouse, on the other hand, likes to go on strike, even when plugged directly into the laptop's USB port. I have yet to determine the conditions cause the mouse to stop working, but I have yet to find a pattern. The mouse is just as likely to stop working on El Capitan as it is on Windows 10.I tried to contact Velocifire since my mouse started being lazy after the return window, but I never heard back. I will not be buying from this company again.

Good cheap vertical mouse... That's about it.
The mouse itself seems to do pretty good. I've used it for a few days and have noticed that my wrist isn't as sore as when using a traditional mouse. I am not able to program the thumb keys so they don't do anything at all. The pictures also seemed to indicate that there was a cool blue light just under the right thumb area. So far it just lights up with a small red light when you press the DPI button. The DPI button does work but I wish it was in a different spot or that I could program that button to do something else. There are other wireless vertical mice out there in the same price range. If you happen to get this one you won't be completely disappointed but if you spent more than $15 for this mouse you would be.

Great Products From Velocifire
After buying the Velocifire VM01 keyboard, I wondered if Velocifire made a mouse that would match the keyboard. Initially I was turned off by the back and forward buttons as I had used them before on other mice and I was constantly pushing them when I didn't intend to. These however looked as if they were positioned such that that would not be an issue. After using it for a few days now, I can say that it is not an issue at all. In fact, all of the features of this mouse are outstanding.with the buttons providing smooth and positive clicks with just enough required pressure to prevent accidental activation. The software that controls the functions and DPI levels is downloadable from the Velocifire website. At first I thought that was an inconvenience but then I realized that I usually go to a manufacturers website to make sure I get the latest version anyway. This mouse is perfect for me who wants some control over functions for gaming but not an overwhelming number of buttons that I wouldn't remember the function of anyway and consequently never use. This is a quality product and feels like it in the hand. I have a fairly large hand and this is a perfect fit for me. There is something about the design however that also makes it comfortable in a smaller hand as my wife has used it and she likes it as well. For the money, I don't think you'll find a better mouse. So, I now have a Velocifire keyboard, mouse and mouse pad and can't imagine anything being better for the amount of money I spent. Their stuff is awesome, you won't be disappointed.

Great initially then scroll wheel stopped working after 10 months
Very happy with this purchase. The computer instantly recognized the mouse when I plugged it it. The mouse is extremely comfortable and feels well constructed. I bought this one to bring to the office and I think I'm going to buy another one for my house. I don't think you can get a better deal at this priceMy only quibble with this product is that there is not visual way to know which DPI level you choose. The light on the side flashes to let you know that you have switched DPI levels but there is no real way to tell which level you have chosen. This is a minor grip though and doesn't really detract from the overall experience.UPDATE: 10 months after purchase the scroll wheel no longer functions properly. I've tried the mouse on several computers and the issue persists. I had to replace the mouse with one from another manufacturer. It should have lasted longer.

Great mouse. A few short comings
Almost 4 stars. Great mouse functions well. Plugs and plays. However... no mouse software to customize buttons, and no way to light up or change the LED colors in the side of the mouse. Other than that functions well and very comfortable.
