I am a (32D) 36-25-36 sized woman, and based on the measurements I was supposed to order a XS/S size since the XS/S was for waist sizes 22-25, so I did.I bought this to wear on the days when I want to wear something like a bodycon dress (or just tight clothes in general) and it's 'that time of the month' meaning I'm bloated. I will say that my stomach is fairly flat, so I only do need this when I've put on some water weight from eating too many salty snacks on my period. And it does fit my waist just perfectly and do its job. But you should have seen how much I had to struggle to get it up over my hips and butt (which I will remind you I have a bigger sized butt, widest around being 36 inches compared to my waist at 25). It must have taken me five minutes of squirming around and forcing the material up to finally get it over my hips.I should have figured since my hip and waist measurements are drastically different, that trying to get a 22-25 inch size tummy flattener over 36 inch hips was going to be almost impossible (which it nearly was). I'll still give it 4 stars since I really do like it regardless of the fitting issue (which I'll count as a user ordering error on my part), and it actually does the job well once it's on properly. It was also still a fairly nice quality for the price and mine looks exactly as it does in the picture (I got mine in nude). Plus it only took about a week and a half to get here from China with the cheap/free standard shipping.So I do reccomend this waist/belly slimmer personally, especially if you're on a budget. But of course I would just warn anyone who wants to purchase this item as well to also take your hip measurement into account when trying to choose a size.If you have a larger difference (maybe around 8 or more inches) like myself between you're hips/waist, it might not be a bad idea to go up a size just in case.However, if you're measurements are closer together (somewhere less than 8 inches), I'd say just stick with buying this body slimmer based on your waist size alone.

I was expecting this to fit way too small on my bottom-heavy bod, but it turns out to be pretty true to size! I'm a snug size 16 in jeans so I got the 3XL. The fabric is fairly pliable and the light boning adds some support. Didn't do anything to lift my bum (could be because I have so much bum), but I like that I can wear clingy dresses and not have a mono-butt from my usual shapers. Rolls a tiny bit when I sit, but not a deal breaker. Doesn't hold my lower belly in, but it does smooth everything out, which is appreciated. Will definitely help me feel more confident in tight, clingy dresses.

What I didn't consider when I ordered this is that I have significant back fat (I am over 60). This item, which fits very, very tightly pushes my back fat up to the top of the garment and makes my back fat look much, much worse. I will return. Also, comes right up to the bra line and would show in the back of my dress. Will return.

I like the item very much it fits well. It's worth the price. I understand a couple of customers had issues with it rolling down , the way to stop it from rolling down is to pull it way high and tuck it underneath your bra front and back, and prime solved... I was a bit skeptical about the size cause I am between a size 4/6 M/L. I ordered a M/L according to the chart but myM/L fits nicely.

Its comfortable to wear. If you have broad hips it takes a little effort to put on and there's a little improvement in the stomach area. For the price you get what you paid for. Okay buy!!!

I have a pair of their boy shorts that I love, so I got these to try. The ribbing digs into me, and rubs me raw unlike those, though. They constantly slip down and need readjusting, which makes it obvious you're wearing them.The plastic things are starting to poke out and I've worn it three times. I'm disappointed in this, maybe I will just order another pair of the Butt lifting boy shorts. These however,I don't think I will order again.

Even though this and the black one or the same exact thing the black ones fit better than this one so definitely get a smaller size for sure just to hold everything in place Hider for a better

The only thing i didn't like about this, the material that goes from the front to back of croch to butt, it was about about an inch too much croch material, i cut that off then sewed it up & now fits perfect. It does its job other than the small altering I did on them. Not all women have a huge butt.

Great quality and design. The only issue I had, was the back length, which is a little too long for my torso so it kinks at the level of the waist at the back. The straps were adjusted maximally and the effect was the same. The front is perfect. The size was perfect except that the back length affected the fit--seems like it's designed for a taller individual.

Does nothing to lift the butt as its just a thong in the back...since when did buttless panties lift your butt??? Does tuck the tummy a little though.

This items really helps tuck away the muffin-top when wearing tight clothing. It also makes sure your underwear doesn't hang out of the back of your pants... very good product!
