Deceptive descriptions and poor fitting
"Zero water wastage" is only true when the reject water is used. For most of us without an overhead tank near the water filter, the reject water will not be used. That's a lot of water. I estimate three times as much reject water as filtered water Fitting was not well done. There was a mess of pipes and a water leak as shown in photos 2 and 3. The last photo is after I re-fitted the filter The is noisier than I expected. Apparently that is normal with RO filters and it runs periodically for a few minutes so OK I wrote to [email protected] as below on 1 Oct 2021. No reply received by 19 Oct 2021 The KENT 11103 Elegant Plus ordered via Amazon on 20 Sep and fitted on 28 Sep 2021 may be defective. Reasons for suspecting so * It is intrusively noisy with an unsteady noise * The rejected water volume is about the same (maybe more than) the water volume to the tank * The outlet TDS is 65 for an inlet TDS of 98 Are the above all normal?
