PHAIDON The Latin American Cookbook

This book is filled with hundreds of receipts from all over Latin America. It even includes a little bit of history to better understand the origin of the dish. My only small complaint is that some of the recipe titles are in English which makes it difficult to find as a native. Other than that, this book is amazing! Highly recommend!!!!

This book is very well written, which tells you that a significant amount of quality research was done to publish it. The recipes are well arranged, the ingredients and the instructions for each recipe are well detailed and very easy to follow. To Virgilio and his team my heartfelt congrats for an excellent job in researching and publish this great cookbook!!

Love the variety of recipes and dishes covering all of Latin America.

J ai longtemps cherché un Livre qui soit fidèle à ce que j ai pu gouter lors de mes voyages c est chose faire grace à ce formidable ouvrage.Quelques ingredients difficiles à trouver mais surement possible en ligne.Un Gros +: les cups, oz etc sont converti en g et ml
