A heartening story to read in times where Customer Centricity is often forgotten by Companies!The search for a Headlamp for my road bike ended with this Victgoal 400 Lumens USB Headlamp. A firm mount coupled with ease of operations & Super Bright Lighting - this products certainly lived up to its claim. The light is really bright and the road visible clearly even in Pitch dark conditions. This often puts other lights in it's category to shame & clearly stands out for the price point and the fact that a equally powerful tail light comes with the pack. In short - anyone who uses this will love it and vouch for it.The twist in the tale came when after 3 - 4 months, the light developed some problem & stopped working. Thoroughly disappointed that I could not use this wonderful product any longer & that the Amazon return window of ~ 10 days had also elapsed, i looked up for the VICTGOAL & wrote them an e mail to their Customer Care E mail. Much to my surprise, I was promptly contacted by their Customer Service team, asking me to provide artifacts so that the company could investigate the problem. Since the product was within their 1 year Warranty period of the manufacturer, the company decided to extend this benifit and within a month - VICTGOAL turned around and ensured that a brand new piece of the Headlamp was shipped to me !!! Goes without saying - my joy knew no bounds receiving the product this week.More than the product being replaced, I am deeply touched by the gesture that VICTGOAL has displayed and speaks a lot about the brand and it's Ethics - especially in an era where Customer Grievances are hardly given any heed. Kudos to VICTGOAL Team for such a wonderful Customer Delight Experience! Could not control myself from sharing this story to the many other users who may be looking for a great Product like the Headlamp and a great Company such as VICTGOAL. Keep up the great work!!!

Well packaged. The light looks sturdy and is very bright. Quality product. As of now it’s a Worthy buy. Will update the review for pros and cons in the futureUpdate:The light is really powerful, both the front and rear. Only issue I had with the front light was that, it kept tilting towards the road as the light is made with metal and when you land on bumps, there could be a chance for it to tip to the floor. I tightened the given silicon grip to keep the light pointed in one direction. But I’m not sure how long the grip will last with that much amount of stress on it.Otherwise, I’m totally happy with the light and going to pick up another one after writing this :)

The media could not be loaded.  First of all, the dilevry is very fast... in single day i have received the parcel, thanks to the seller and Amazon..It is very cool and durable light, specially tieup system, brightness of ligh is very high... Both modes are very useful in nigh. Rear light also have different modes.I will update the review after one month usage.Must buy..

Have been using it since 2-3 months now.. but suddenly the battery died.. I mean literally.. I have been trying to charge it.. I see a green light when I turn it on it turns into red.. (which means no or low battery).. so the conclusion is the product is just ok not really worth buying.. the battery drains in like 30 seconds.. have used it only 7-8 times coz I usually go cycling in the morning.. I was expecting the product to last at least a year.. not happy.. hope my review helps..

This product comes with HEAD LIGHT & TAIL LIGHT.Head light is sufficient for any type of ride, either off road or on road, sufficient Brightness.Tail light is complimentary, brightness is NOT good.₹1500 is little over priced, it should be ₹1200/-.Head light comes with 4 modes, tail light with 5 modes.Head light charging Time 0-100%, 5hours, which Last for 6+ hours.Tail light charge Time is 1hour, which Last for 3 hours.MADE IN CHINA, Product.Review given on a week use, will update if any issue come around.UPDATE (after 8 months of rigorous use)No Issues, Working fantastic.Highly recommended over any other brand.Update after an year of sparingly use -Brightness started getting low, i.e. dropped by 35%.

Update 1:Rear light button stopped working within 8 days.It's very fragile and low quality.Front light is good but it's rubber strap is bad. It's getting loose within a week.Brightnesss is good. Really good!Build quality is good.Rear safety light is bad in quality, brightness.I am just worried about the belt type of attachment instead of a firm rubbery plastic attachment found on some other bicycle lights.
