Defective mobile please don't buy it this was too much old 2021 Modlle.

I purchased a mobile, which was delivered to me Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the mobile I received was defective.Upon unboxing the mobile, I noticed that the screen had a noticeable crack, and the camera was not functioning correctly. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, as I expected better from Amazon.I immediately contacted your customer service team to initiate the return process. I must commend your team for the promptness in handling my issue, and the return process was hassle-free. The replacement mobile was delivered to me in a timely manner, and I am happy to say that it is functioning correctly.Despite the inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product, I appreciate the prompt resolution by your team. This incident has reinforced my trust in Amazon as a reliable platform for online shopping, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.IThe visit process of the technician is also completed and I didn't get any call from the CS team so please help to initiate the return process before 4th April which was given by you as it last date for return.
