How does this work? Do you put drops into drink and it foams? I was thinking of using it for cocktail hour for my wedding.

Basically, this is dried egg whites. You put some in a cocktail shaker when making a drinl like a whiskey sour and it makes some foam and give the drink a slight foamy texture. It doesn't foam by itself but the shaking foams it.
