Knowing the details about my body is amazing , easy to setup and use
Comes with 4 double AAA batteries , just download the app and you good to go. I was kind of skeptical at first but after signing up am pleased as a person who fairly workouts out this is Ideal to me . The app clearly gives you the details of your body eg muscle mass , weight , bone mass, my muscle rate is 60% which is excellent so I need to improve on my body weight. You will know the weight you supposed to have based on your age and rest of the details .I love it
