Any places that aren't cleanable where food will get stuck or wedged allowing mold to grow? And dishwasher safe? What kind of plastic exactly? Thanks.

Dear, the vegetable chopper is very easy to clean, just wash it under the running water. The container is top rack dishwasher safe. The vegetable chopper's container is made from PS. The blades of the processor is made from 420 stainless steel. The cover, the egg separator, the handle are made from ABS. The blender vane and the handle are made from PP.

Will the larger version make butter out of cream?

I don't know but I wouldn't think so because it has a blade that chops things up not a paddle that would CHURN liquids.

Can you chop lettuce with this processor?

I personally never chopped lettuce but if it fits in the small container it should chop. Not sure if it’s the best way to chop lettuce. I love this chopper for onions. Tomatoes garlic etc. works like a charm
