In a world where you don't know who to believe, you can at least trust your experience. I try to keep these on hand year round to enhance my immune system. The powder dissolves fast, it doesn't take much water. My favorite is tangerine but they'll all do the job. Try a box for 30 days and see if you don't feel an improvement in your well-being.

The mango flavor had the 1,000% of C. When I bought the Orange flavor, I noted the B profile was really weak. it has 400% of B12 and 10% of folate, etc. Not a good source of Bs, and in a small apartment it is important to use sticks that are individually wrapped so that the bug profile is low. I can't find a good vegan B profile in sticks.The orange flavor tastes septic at first.
