I bought this on the recommendation of my DR. friend and have been very please I did. But the most pleased are my MIL and wife. They've had thinning hair (like me) and there seems at least to them that their hair lose has lessoned and the existing hair is thicker. It also cleans the scalp which is important for the longevity of your hair. Anyway, I'd buy (and have already) again.
