Aviation Fuel Tester with Built-in Cowl Screwdriver, Model 391S, Clear and Yellow

Works well - Exactly what you expect

(Most) every aircraft or renter should have one - compact, useful, and a critical part of pre-takeoff checks. I keep it in my flight logbook / headset bag with the yellow probe flipped into the cylinder, and have used both the Phillips and slot sides of the screwdriver.Some of the a/c I rent have a simple valve on the drain; better to use a larger cup for checking fuel on these.

I bought this particular fuel tester to replace the one I lost. It’s the only one that works for my sump design and has the added benefit of a screwdriver tip.

Fits my flight bag perfectly. Pro - more heavy duty than others. Con - smaller sample than others.

Solid. Some testers feel flimsy or break easily. This is solid
