Under Armour Mens CG Comp Mock Top

I got my first pair of ColdGear UA leggings to wear under my jeans this winter. With my jeans, it did well to keep my legs comfortable in temperatures around 5 degrees celcius, UK winter. Occasionally my legs feel slightly chilly when its colder, say 0 degrees with wind. Hoping to wear it with shorts for a cold morning run; having had it for a week it seems very suitable for that task. I measured myself as an M, but my friend who's around my size but with slightly skinner legs had a UA legging and said that M was quite tight for him. I thought this might just be because it's "compression", but I wanted to be sure so I bought both M and L. Turns out M was definitely uncomfortable. The legging is sleek and fits like a second skin, I can easily put on skinny jeans over it. With size L, I can feel the compression. It makes me feel kind of bouncy. Wearing it for several hours it left a faint line where the seams pressed against my skin, demonstrating the compression. There was extra room in the crotch so it was very comfortable in that regard too. I also bought the HeatGear Compression Legging as some reviews mentioned that it could be used as a thermal layer and that it could be used for running in the cold. I wasn't sure if I was going to overheat in the ColdGear, but having tried the HeatGear legging (I felt to cold to leave the house), I definitely need the ColdGear to get me out in the winter morning. I definitely would not wear it for indoors training or during the summer though. Overall I'd say it's a brilliant product. It looks good, it's comfortable, warm, sleek; does its job. I bought it on Cyber Monday for around 15 pounds, I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay more than that to be honest. I don't spend much on clothes, but I'm glad I made this purchase. Definitely have at least one sporty thermal legging.

I have a few of UA heatgear compression tops and like them a lot, so though I’d try a coldgear one for the winter. Top quality as expected from UA. When I first put this on I found it a lot tighter than my others (same size). I know they are supposed to be tight but was considering changing for a size up. However, after the first session in it I would say it’s a perfect fit, perhaps the thicker material just gives a bit more compression? Keeps me nice and warm and comfortable. For reference I’m 90kg and wear a M.

The cold gear mock top has a thermal texture on the inside, which traps warm air and feels soft on the skin. The turtle neck keeps the neck warm too.

Feels good quality but I ordered a medium which is my usual size but this is incredibly small so my suggestion is if you’re a medium normally then buy a large one

Sports Use: 5/5 For working out < 2°C this is perfect. I use this when am on my mtb (both trails and road) and use with thin coat like Altura Nevis. Keeps me warm I also use this when doing some strength training outdoors. Keeps me warm and toasty. Anything above that temp, Id use heatgear instead. Thing to note: This will not protect you from cold if you are just staying still for a while. Fit: 5/5 medium and fits me wonderful (5'6 172lbs Athletic build). Comfort: 5/5 Can literally wear this allday

These are great for working out now that the autumn and winter is coming on and I also wear them as a casual baselayer under a hoodie etc when it's particularly cold. I'm a huge fan of Under Armour compression gear, the heatgear and coldgear, and these mocks are extremely comfortable, very warm and the fit is perfect. They are also very well made.

Very breathable, easy to wash just follow the instructions from the label, comfortable, it fits well, and is functional and definitely value the money!

Ideal, warm top for running. I bought this to go with an under armour pair of cold weather leggings and it’s ideal. Just what I need for the colder runs.

This is an excellent base layer for warmth and reasonably comfortable. The product description, however, is NOT correct. This mock shirt is NOT the UnderArmour Compression t-shirt, it is the Fitted t-shirt. As such, it is not skin tight like the Compression shirt, but rather a fitted cut. I prefer this fitted cut to the compression shirt, but it is still a little tight when compared to the regular cut. That being said, it is warm as a base layer, though it would be too warm if used as a workout t-shirt. I wear it for outdoor winter activities like snowshoeing, cycling, cross-country skiing, or as a casual base layer under a fleece or flannel shirt. It's stylish and comfortable.

Excelente para estos fríos. No había yo notado que de la marca Underarmour hay para el frío y para el calor. Esta ColdGear es más afelpada y ligeramente más gruesa que la HeatGear. Pero en resumen esta playera de manga larga te protege muy bien contra el frío y se te adhiere como una segunda piel. Es de compresión. Sugiero usar una playera de manga corta debajo. Uso una de la misma marca y con eso me va genial, permite el secado ultrarrápido. Pero puedes usar cualquiera de material similar. Evita las de algodón que no permiten el sudor evaporarse rápido. Usualmente uso talla chica y me fui por la mediana y me quedó súper. Pros: - Excelente material de calidad y durable. - Es de compresión y se adhiere muy bien a tu piel, para irte vistiendo “por capas” ante el frío. - Absorbe y seca muy rápido el sudor. Contras: - Al ser de compresión viene muy justa. Tienes qué escoger una talla más hacia arriba. - El precio puede llegar a ser algo alto, pero lo vale. Sobre todo si encuentras promociones.
