infinitely adjustable
These hand exercisers are perfect. Rather than the old style where you had a single spring tension, you can dial these in. Make them light on the hands or dial them up to impossible and everything in between. They seem well made and super durable. Nice rubber grips so your hand doesn't slide around. Excellent value.

Perfect Grip Trainers
I love these grip trainers! They are sturdy and adjustable. I tried other trainers that are set at 100,150 and 200 pounds but they are too hard to squeeze. These grips are adjustable so I get good exercise squeezing them. I sent an order to my grandchildren to help the kids strengthen their grips!
