UrbanearsPampas Over-ear Bluetooth Headphones - Charcoal Black

These headphones started off really great. Lovely minimalist design, nice sound quality despite no noise cancellation, very comfortable and solid bluetooth connection.Unfortunately they have a huge design flaw that really affects the overall quality of the headphones and my overall happiness with the product. The plastic material used to connect the ear pieces to the headband is not durable enough to handle everyday use, and is so poor quality it is actually breaking after just 9 months of use. It seems to be cracking at a stress point just below the hinge on both the left and right sides, although more pronounced on the left as illustrated in my photos. I only use my headphones at my desk so they shouldn't be wearing out this fast. The phones need an overhaul is design with a more durable metal material.It's pretty disappointing spending so much on a pair of headphones for them to be such poor quality. I would like to know how to get a hold of the seller to continue this discussion as I will not likely be purchasing from UrbanEars again.Save your money and go for a brand with better quality control.

Toda mi vida he usado puros audífonos y auriculares de Urbanears y la neta la marca nunca me ha decepcionado, excelente calidad de sonido, bien empacados, fáciles de usar, buen diseño, y mucha batería. Estoy encantada con mis Pampas y los recomiendo muchísimo.10 meses después también se está rompiendo un poco de la pata como dicen otras reseñas. Al parecer salió defectuoso el material y Urbanears ya los retiró de su tienda oficial. Si aun no pasa 1 año puedes pedir reemplazo, pero el modelo que ofrecen es más barato que estos.

I got these headphone for a long flight! I don’t like the buds because they bother my ears after a while. These are the best because they’re extremely comfortably and the sound is perfect! I was able to wear them the entire 8 hour flight without any issues. I use them to work out now and they stay on my head the entire time! Whether I’m doing HIIT or taking a walk. Great price too compared to other companies and they are super sleek and go with all of my outfits!

Ljudet och passformen är riktigt bra, men jag kan inte ladda mina hörlurar längre. Det bara slutade fungera. Jättekul. Not.
