Very Pleased - Outdoor Theater
I purchased this product to be used as the sound system when showing movies outdoors. My typical application has a fairly large format: The screen approx 22ft. Speakers are placed roughly 5ft to each side and in front of the screen. In my first (backyard) test, the signal came from the headphone jack on a relatively low-end laptop - so about as limiting as one can get. There was fairly loud ambient noise from nearby equipment. I did not measure the db, but it was sufficiently loud that the speakers needed to overpower the noise to produce a desirable effect. The audience was seated between 20 and 30 feet from the speakers. I was very pleased. We exceeded a loud but comfortable volume level with the source volume at roughly half power, perhaps 1/3 gain on the aux input at the speaker, and the master volume set at 1/4 to 1/3 power. Voices were clear and distinct. High end sound was excellent (shrieking bird-monsters...don't ask). The speakers' bass seemed to handle the low-end "content" in the movie, but as one would expect, they can't produce the "sensory rumble" of a theater system or dedicated sub-woofer. I am pleased with the build-quality of the speakers and stand. I haven't accidentally dropped them down the stairs yet, but they feel solid and as if they will withstand the regular wear and tear of being tossed into the back of the van and hauled around, etc. I will add to this review if I learn otherwise. A quick test of all the functions went well. Music quality seemed excellent - but I was not listening with an audiophile's mindset - I enjoyed it more than I analyzed it. Bluetooth, FM, remote all work as advertised out of the box. BT pairing was simple. FM reception seems solid. The remote? ...well, I am not quite sure how much use it really is. The biggest issue is that the IR sensor is on the back of the speaker. If I have one recommendation for Pyle, it is to provide a second sensor on the front of the speaker. It only controls the USB/SD/Bluetooth/FM functions and a power off. It does not control overall system volume. One other thing, it would be nice to have a left/right speaker balance rather than a single master system volume. Overall, I am pleased. Other reviewers are correct in saying this is a system designed to meet a particular price point and higher end systems offer more. If you are an audiophile or you make your living delivering sound, then you will probably was more. However, I feel like the product is very good value and should meet the needs of most amateurs users. Your, mileage may differ. So far I am entirely satisfied.

Great, affordable energy level speakers
I'm in an eight person band and connect to these from the mixer. We have used them at senior centers in a room that fits 50+ people. Also used them outside at a farmer's market. They are plenty loud enough for both circumstances, and only had them turned half way up during the outdoor market. The bluetooth works well from my phone, no issues connecting or playing. Only one thing to point out is that they are mono and not stereo so you can't make any left-right balance adjustments. One speaker plugs into power, and then connects to the other passive speaker with a 1/4 jack cable. These are great speakers for our purposes and I recommend them if you are looking for affordable, easy to use, easy to transport speakers. They are great for those looking for their first speakers and don't want to invest too much. Maybe when my band starts playing bigger venues I'll consider getting the 12 inch version.

Loud, easy to use, and perfect for outdoor events
I bought this for my market events where I need music and announcements to carry across an open space. Setup was straightforward and didn’t take much time, even without being super tech-savvy. The Bluetooth connects quickly, and the sound is loud enough for outdoor use without getting distorted. I’ve used it for background music, vendor announcements, and raffles, and everyone can hear clearly. The microphone works well and doesn’t cut in and out like some cheaper systems I’ve tried before. I like that it comes with stands and a remote, which makes it easy to control everything without constantly walking back to the speakers. The USB and AUX options are also nice if Bluetooth isn’t available. It’s not a professional concert system, but for markets, parties, and outdoor events, it does exactly what I need it to do. I’d buy it again for event use.

Volume, clarity and price can't be beat
I'm a singer, native American flute player and I had to replace all of my recording equipment and speakers setup. This was so inexpensive for what I've got I have a hard time believing how little it cost. It's not super low bassy but it's certainly doable for small parties and smaller entertainment areas because it is quite a bit louder and clearer than I thought possible for this size and price. Inside of a house it's virtually deafening if you turn it up enough . I get clear highs and quite reasonably good Lows and great mid-range. Volume, clarity and price can't be beat.

1-Star Review – Product Failed After Minimal Use & Warranty Not Honored
I purchased a Pyle speaker system approximately one year ago because it came with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, which gave me confidence in the product's quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The system was only used about five times during the entire year. It was never left outdoors or exposed to harsh conditions. When not in use, it was stored safely in my garage. The Bluetooth still connects successfully to both my laptop and my iPhone, indicating that the wireless functionality is working. However, the speakers produce absolutely no audio, making the system unusable. When I contacted Pyle Customer Service, I expected them to honor their advertised warranty. Instead, I was given the runaround with repeated troubleshooting questions, even after I provided a video demonstrating that the Bluetooth connection was successful but there was no sound coming from the speakers. What disappointed me most is that they never offered to inspect the unit or have me ship it to their service department to determine the cause of the failure. Instead of standing behind their product, they appeared more interested in avoiding a warranty claim. A company is judged not only by the products it sells but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, the product failed after very limited use, and the warranty was not honored in a meaningful way. I cannot recommend this product or this company's customer service. If you're purchasing because of the advertised warranty, be aware that my experience suggests it may not provide the support you would reasonably expect.

Perfect for a small indoor panel event
I purchased this PA system for a live panel event in a long, narrow event space. I placed one speaker on each side of the stage and used the included stands. The system provided more than enough coverage for the room. Speech was clear throughout the space and the speakers also handled Bluetooth music well before the event and during breaks. I used an external mixer and wireless microphone system with the PA. The powered and passive speaker setup worked exactly as expected, and I had no issues during the event. These are 8-inch speakers, so I purchased them with realistic expectations. For small indoor events, speaking engagements, panels, meetings, and background music, they performed extremely well. Great value for the price.

To small
Quality was fine but the sound was not really what I wanted. I needed something a little more powerful. Micro phone was disappointing.

Nice compact PA with USB, bluetooth, SD card reader and AM/FM
Bought this for my Filipina wife to sing karaoke through at home, she loves it. She's just using it for vocals and it works very well for that, has enough power and headroom and its pretty clean sounding. I ran my phone through the bluetooth and played some mp3's and it sounds decent overall, the bass is not exceptional but it is enough. The mic pre sounds pretty good, I used a Electra Voice mic, not the one that came with it... I haven't tried it since I already had a nucer mic. The PA would probably be enough for an acoustic guitar and a vocal in a small club, it is also fine for music playback for a patio party, smaller wedding, etc... music playback and/or public speaking at a small church, a conference room, or other small event, etc... but I don't think it would be suitable for anything much larger. It's light, compact and has a SD card port, usb flash drive port, bluetooth and AM/FM radio. It only has one mic input, but you could use a small mixer with built in fx wirh it if you wanted to have multiple singers. It's a pretty nice system for the price.

clear sound that’s perfect for small events, workshops, and home gatherings
I bought this Pyle PA speaker system for small events, workshops, and home gatherings, and overall I’m really happy with it. First of all, the setup is very straightforward. Everything you need comes in the box: speakers, stands, microphone, cables, remote. It took me very little time to get it up and running, even without any technical background. Bluetooth connection works smoothly and connects quickly to my phone or laptop. The sound is loud and clear enough for indoor events and small outdoor spaces. It’s not a professional concert system, of course, but for presentations, music, voice work, and casual parties it does the job very well. Vocals come through clearly, which was important for me, and the microphone is decent for speaking and announcements. I also like that the speakers are portable and not too heavy. The stands are stable, and the overall build feels solid for this price range. The USB/SD options are a nice bonus if you don’t want to rely on Bluetooth. For the price, this is a very good all-in-one solution. If you need a reliable, easy-to-use PA system for small events, classes, or home use, I think this set is absolutely worth it. Would definitely recommend for beginners or anyone who needs a practical, affordable sound system without complicated setup.
