Great warming pain relief but the adhesive is no joke, get it wet to take it off. I took it off dry and I'm pretty sure a little bit of my soul left my body when I ripped it off.

I bought these awhile ago.I pulled my back out doing gardening to the point where I could not walk everytime I got up off my couch .Well I put the patch on and wow!! Just like that the pain subsided.Herbal medicine is the way to go👍

Not much relief

I have used many other pain relief patches and none of them stay on long and often wrinkle up. These delivered soothing heat and stayed on the area for a whole day. These are the best ever.
