I never normally write reviews, but this one deserves a mention. I waited to write this after a month of using them too. I suffer with really bad PMS. With only one week of the month I was feeling normal. The week before my period I would become very emotional, depressed, unsociable. It effected everyone in the household not just myself. I was told by my doctor the only thing they could do for me was put me on antidepressants which wasn’t what I wanted to do. So I looked around to try find the best supplement for me. Since taking this, my energy levels have been better, I still have symptoms however they are very mild and I have to check my app to see when I was due when before I knew to well as I felt so low. My spots have also cleared up. These tablets have been a life saver, I genuinely feel more like myself again and would recommend to anyone who suffer with horrible pms symptoms xx

I find this does slightly help minimise the intensity of PMS symptoms.

I really liked these and have been taking them for about 2 years BUT a price increase from 11£ in May to 18£ in August is CRAZY.I will be going off them for price reasons AND they have decreased the amount of ingredients since I started taking them. This new formula has no dandelion or agnus cactus extract.

I am a 30 year old women and for the past 2 years I have been getting a horrible depression the week before my period and my skin would be very sensitive and I wouldn't want to be touched. My periods were lasting 10 days and I was in so much pain. I am already on antidepressants for a different condition and I don't want to go on the pill again. I have been taken one of these pills a day for about a month and my period that I just finished, I had no idea it was coming, there was no depression the week before so when I got my period I was in total surprise. My period has only lastest 4 days and almost no period pains. Just to reiterate my periods have been consistently aweful for 2 years this is the first time that it wasn't. So these pills seem to have sorted out the problem. If its a placebo and its tricking my body into thinking its doing something to help, thats fine by me! Ha whatever stops my body hating me every month 😅. I found them easy to swolly but I take alot of different vitemins and medications so I am used to it. The pills are about the size of cold a flu capsules and they don't taste of anything.

Bought these tablets not expecting much but after taking these daily I can really see a difference I feel like I have lots more energy and I'm not as tired especially the week before my period. Also has massively helped with the mood swings.

I ordered two bottles and only recieved one

In January, I got fed up of feeling miserable the week before/of my period, started taking these every day and by my February and March periods, my mood was great during my period, pretty consistent with the rest of the month. Amazing. But then I started to get less consistent with taking the tablets to the point I wasn’t really taking them much anymore - god did my April period feel that. My mood swings were back. Started taking the tablets again and my May, June and July periods have been great, they just level out your mood so you don’t just feel sad for no reason. Game changers, I will never stop taking these again
