Feels like its mixed with water useless product

I really loved this product its one best ones I have used it so far.Apply cleanser and toner beforeapplication. It is suitable for normal to oily skin types. Helps blemishes, acne marks and pigmentation.I am gonna definitely order it again and I recommend this for all. (Have a look at your skin type and try out more products)
