As far the the product, there was no problem in packaging or out of box. Got the unscented but it has a certain smell, not bad though kinda like candy in a sense but not overwhelming, just when you put it to your nose, so I don't mind that at all. Will try out and update review after a week or so of using.

Be careful
Be careful using this products, when putting on its fine, not until sweating it starts to burn . When taking the product off it will burn more , cold icy feeling . Ended up getting a rash from it. DONT BUY
